On the evening of December 12th, Chen Moumou, a "pocket girl" in chuanshan district, Suining, Sichuan, was suspected of being abused, which triggered a heated discussion. As can be seen from the video posted on the social account of the "Pocket Girl" mother, her mother is suspected of provoking her by pinching her face, lifting her up and turning around, making her beat and scold others and break things. After the video was sent out and attracted attention, her mother was questioned for deliberately hurting and abusing the girl in order to gain traffic and attention.

On the 13th, the cover news learned that after the incident caused concern, the local disabled persons’ Federation, civil affairs and other departments jointly went to Zhaizi Village, Longfeng Town, where the "Pocket Girl" family lived, and found out that it was not true that Chen had been abused.
It is understood that the "pocket girl" in the video, Chen Moumou, is 35 years old and is a multi-level disabled person.
"By visiting his parents, village cadres and the surrounding people, it is reflected that Chen’s intelligence is about the same as that of a two-or three-year-old child. His words are unclear and he can’t accurately express his thoughts. He has been grumpy and emotionally unstable since childhood and only sticks to his mother." In response to the cover news, the joint investigation team said that although the mother in the video reprimanded Chen, "it is not the so-called abuse on the Internet."

At present, the social account "chuanshan district Xiaoxiao Food Business Department" that posted videos has been banned. It is reported that this is the second time that the account has been banned by netizens.
In 2020, Chen’s mother registered the account of "chuanshan district Xiaoxiao Food Business Department" on the social platform. His own cultural level is not high. At first, he only recorded his daily life. Later, he expected to sell his own honey by publishing videos on short video platforms to increase his income.
In August 2022, the cadres of Longfeng Town and local village cadres found that some videos posted by the account were inappropriate, so they educated and guided Chen’s mother and deleted some inappropriate videos. But in recent six months, some online celebrity contacted her actively and invited Chen to participate in the live broadcast. After repeated communication between cadres and their families, "chuanshan district Xiaoxiao Food Business Department" did not release the video for more than one month.
In addition, the joint investigation team indicated that chuanshan district Civil Affairs Department, Disabled Persons’ Federation, Women’s Federation and other departments have given Chen’s family policy support such as subsistence allowance, living allowance for the disabled with difficulties and nursing allowance for the severely disabled since 2011, and the family has enjoyed all kinds of national policy support for more than 12 years, thus enjoying the enjoyment.
