Zhejiang people, no nightlife?

Chao News Client Reporter Quan Linmin

As soon as summer arrives, the economy will always pop out at night to brush a sense of existence several times.

But in the office, chung Jin Jun heard colleagues from other provinces question more than once:

"Zhejiang people don’t you have nightlife? How come at ten o’clock, the street is deserted and there are few cars? "

Whenever this time, Yong Jinjun always refutes a few words for his hometown. But unfortunately, Yong Jinjun will always be "what are the interesting and delicious places?" The question was stumped and then lost in thought.

Is there really no nightlife in Zhejiang?

There is no nightlife in Zhejiang?

It is certain that Zhejiang people have nightlife, whether it is observation at the point or intuitive presentation of data.

On the first day of the ambush, Yong Jin Jun went to the Wulin night market in Hangzhou. The temperature at night is still very high, but there are no fewer people visiting the night market.

At about 8: 30, Yong Jin Jun was packed with sweat in the endless crowd. Everyone either took photos with their mobile phones or crowded in front of various booths to buy things. Popular stalls are even more crowded. For example, the squid stall that Nicholas Tse punched in is a conformity.

"After the summer, there are more people every day, and the daily sales have tripled or quadrupled compared with before." Mr. Cao, the stall owner who specializes in hand-painted masks, said.

The popularity is high. I’m afraid it’s not because there are many foreign tourists, right? But Ye Lianzhong, secretary of the Party branch of Wulin Night Market, told Yong Jin Jun that according to their estimation, 45% of the visitors to Wulin Night Market are tourists, and the rest are local residents.

What? Do you think 8: 30 is too early to be called nightlife?

Yong Jin Jun also went to the ancient town of Ke Qiao, Shaoxing, and it was already more than 9 pm when he arrived at the scenic spot. Arguably, this point was the time when everyone was ready to go home one after another. However, when Yong Jin Jun stopped, he found that the number of cars looking for vacant seats in the parking lot was comparable to the number of cars driving out, which shows that there are still many people visiting the ancient town at this point.

When I came to the core of the ancient town, around Rongguang Bridge, it was already 9: 30, and the popularity was still very strong. On the Rongguang Bridge, the river along the ancient town is either full of people or full of people.

A local told Yong Jin Jun that this is also the normal state of the ancient town, and many surrounding residents will go to the ancient town for a walk after dinner and have nothing to do.

In recent days, third-party organizations have released research reports on China’s urban night economy. According to the report, the nightlife in Zhejiang is also very active.

For example, in the Report on Night Economic Development of China Cities in 2023, Hangzhou is the first echelon (10) of the TOP100 cities with night economic prosperity, and Jiaxing, Jinhua, Ningbo and Wenzhou are the second echelon (20), and nearly half of Zhejiang cities are shortlisted.

In a word, the nightlife in Zhejiang is definitely not as cold as the outside world thinks.

I just can’t find a place.

Since the development is not bad, why do people always say that Zhejiang people have no nightlife?

"The development speed of Zhejiang’s night economy does not match its economic strength and residents’ consumption level." Zhao Haoxing, a professor at the School of Economics of Zhejiang Gongshang University and vice president of Zheshang Research Institute, said.

From the perspective of economic aggregate, Zhejiang’s GDP has always been among the best in the country, and its per capita disposable income ranks first in all provinces and regions in the country. However, in the night economic rankings, Zhejiang’s achievements can only be considered as above average, not top. A top student who has a flawed score in one subject will give the outside world a sense of gap.

In addition, Yang Yingjun, director of the Consumption Promotion Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, believes that there are not many iconic night economic scenes in Zhejiang, and there are even fewer places with national influence, which makes it impossible for foreign tourists to go to Zhejiang at night, thus becoming famous throughout the country.

There is a city that never sleeps in Datang in Xi ‘an, Shaanxi, Hongya Cave in Chongqing, and Wenhe Friends in Changsha, Hunan. But what’s in Zhejiang? You can only name the Wulin night market and the West Lake in Hangzhou at most.

But the duration of Wulin night market is limited. The stall owner puts out the stall at 5 o’clock and closes it at 11 o’clock. The market area is only about 1000 square meters, which is still the result of expansion and it is difficult to form a scale.

The West Lake is almost the same problem, and the scale of the night economic agglomeration area is not large. Unlike Wenheyou or Datang City that Never Sleeps, it has formed a relatively complete and rich night consumption scene.

Only when there is demand can there be supply. Isn’t it because there is less demand in Zhejiang? Actually, it is not.

Zhao Haoxing told Yong Jin Jun a very interesting phenomenon-there are more night economic scenes in Wenzhou than in Hangzhou. Many Wenzhou people go to Hangzhou because of the lack of night consumption atmosphere, so they go to bed earlier, and go back to Wenzhou later. It shows that their spending habits at night have always been there, but they just can’t find many places to spend at night.

In Zhao Haoxing’s view, the creation of the scene needs to go through a critical period. If at first the scene builder thinks that there are not many people in the street at night, and few people come out to play, they are more cautious or don’t invest in creating scenes, and there are fewer scenes, and fewer people are willing to come out at night. So everyone went to bed earlier and earlier, and there were fewer and fewer scenes. Zhejiang needs to break this cycle.

People sitting by the river for dinner in the ancient town of Ke Qiao.

How does the city that never sleeps come?

In recent years, the importance of night economy in stimulating consumption is becoming more and more prominent. Statistics show that 60% of consumption in China occurs at night, and the sales of large shopping malls from 18: 00 to 22: 00 every day account for more than half of the whole day.

According to the small and micro observation report released by the online merchant bank, the night economy with fast growth, high proportion, rich formats and contrarian market scale is becoming the force point of small and micro businesses in many cities-the national proportion is 68%.

Zhejiang has long been eyeing the important value of the night economy. In March 2020, Zhejiang took the lead in issuing the provincial government’s implementation opinions to boost consumption in the country, and made it clear that it was necessary to vigorously cultivate and develop the night economy.

This summer, Zhejiang’s summer consumption promotion put the main card on the "night economy". On the evening of July 7, the province’s night economic tour season was launched in Keqiao District, and cities were organized to carry out "night consumption promotion" activities from different levels.

Judging from the activity scene in Ke Qiao, the first stop of the tour season, Zhejiang is trying to enrich the night consumption scene and make up for the shortcomings of the night economy.

It is reported that in addition to all kinds of food and commodity markets that are very common in promoting consumption activities, the event site of the day also set up three major festivals: milk coffee festival, barbecue festival and music festival.

"In the past, the activities to promote consumption may have been to set up a few booths and urge people to come to buy buy to buy them, but this time we have merged into more formats, such as inviting bands to sing. This activity will also be fixed for a long time during the summer vacation, which will have a long-term support for local night consumption. " Yang Yingjun said.

Zhejiang is also making every effort to cultivate and build a night economic landmark with national influence. In 2020, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce started the pilot work of provincial night economy cities, and at present, 19 model cities and 6 characteristic cities have been identified in the province.

Taking Gongshu District of Hangzhou as an example, through the construction of night economy, the economic benefits of all night punching places and related enterprises in this area have been continuously improved. The night-time pedestrian flow ratio in the Wulin business circle increased by about 24% on average, and the night-time revenue of each complex increased from 45% in 2019 to about 55% in 2022.

In the first half of this year, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce jointly issued the "Three-year Action Plan for Creating High-quality Consumption Agglomeration Areas" with five provincial departments. It is planned to build 30 provincial-level night economy model (characteristic) cities, 30 provincial-level high-quality pedestrian streets and 50 provincial-level characteristic commercial streets (districts) through three-year efforts.

The fireworks in the world touch the hearts of ordinary people the most. I hope that in the near future, Yong Jin Jun can also introduce the good places in the evening and see the other side of Zhejiang night when chatting with friends from other places.

1905 movie network news On the morning of April 16th, the film held a launching ceremony named "Do not forget your initiative mind, Start Together" at the Old Hall of China Women’s Volleyball Training Center in Zhangzhou, Fujian. Cao Kang, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the State Sports General Administration, Lu Liang, deputy inspector of the Film Bureau, Lai Yawen, deputy director of the Volleyball Management Center, Wei Nan, director of the Art Department of the Film Bureau, Qin Hong, chairman of Jiaying Film, director Chen Kexin, Lang Ping, head coach of China women’s volleyball team, Chen Zhonghe, former head coach of China women’s volleyball team, producer Jo Jo Hui and China women’s volleyball players Zhang Changning and Liu Xiaotong attended the launching ceremony.

Director Chen Kexin revealed at the launching ceremony that the film "China Women’s Volleyball Team" spans 40 years and tells the bloody story of several generations of women’s volleyball teams. The film will be officially released on New Year’s Day in 2020, cheering for the women’s volleyball team to prepare for the Tokyo Olympics.

The movie "China Women’s Volleyball Team" was officially launched, and the Spring Festival of 2020 was scheduled to awaken the memory of the whole people.

On the morning of the same day, the film "China Women’s Volleyball Team" released its first poster, and officially announced that it would be the first day of 2020. The main body of the poster is a white volleyball close-up. The mottled sphere and damaged epidermis make people daydream. The word "China Women’s Volleyball Team" is concise and powerful, and the overall style is eye-catching.

Preparations for the film "China Women’s Volleyball Team" started as early as two years ago. In addition to inviting gold medal partner Zhang Ji as a screenwriter, director Chen Kexin was photographed by the media many times and took his team to watch women’s volleyball matches around the world to collect materials. During this trip to Zhangzhou, in addition to attending the launching ceremony, director Chen Kexin also observed the closed training of China women’s volleyball team for the first time, and personally felt the intense atmosphere at the scene, which made him lament the hardships and difficulties of coaches and athletes again. Director Chen Kexin also said at the launching ceremony that he hoped to show the audience his understanding of the spirit of women’s volleyball through this film.

Do not forget your initiative mind jointly set off the movie "China Women’s Volleyball Team" to file the Spring Festival to cheer for the Tokyo Olympics of women’s volleyball team.

Zhangzhou is not only the earliest training base of women’s volleyball team, but also the cradle of "five consecutive championships" in Lang Ping’s mouth, where teams shed youthful sweat and strive to grow up, making it the "initial heart". This is the 46th time for China women’s volleyball team to return to Zhangzhou for closed training, in order to fully meet the next major events, including the World Volleyball League in May, the Women’s Volleyball World Cup and the qualifiers for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

This time, the film "China Women’s Volleyball Team" specially set the launching ceremony in the old hall of the training base, chose Zhangzhou to start its own journey, set out together with the China women’s volleyball national team, and tried its best to create a women’s volleyball story that belongs to all China people. I also hope to return to the place where the story of the women’s volleyball team began. In this venue that still retains the traces of the use of the older generation of women’s volleyball teams, I will find my original heart with the active women’s volleyball players and go to a new journey together. In the Spring Festival of 2020, I will take this film as my best wish, cheer for the women’s volleyball team’s Tokyo Olympic Games campaign, and jointly send a New Year gift from the sports and film circles to the people of the whole country.

The film will record the women’s volleyball team’s 40 years of hard work. Professional athletes may be considered in casting.

At the launching ceremony, director Chen Kexin and two famous women’s volleyball coaches of China, Lang Ping and Chen Zhonghe, made a "revelation" on the related topics of the film "China Women’s Volleyball".

Director Chen Kexin revealed that as early as the Asian Games in Bangkok in 1978, at the age of 16, he watched the women’s volleyball match in China at close range, and he still remembers the feeling of blood boiling when the China team entered the stadium. When he really had the chance to personally put the story of China’s women’s volleyball team on the big screen, he was excited and felt a great responsibility. He couldn’t help writing an article in Weibo, saying, "Now I’m almost 60 years old, and I’m going to shoot the story of China’s women’s volleyball team. Life is sometimes so wonderful. "

China women’s volleyball team has a long history and rich stories, which holds a special position in the hearts of China people. Dare to shoot such a theme, and set the file in the Spring Festival, the difficulty and pressure are self-evident, and director Chen Kexin also admitted on the spot that it is really difficult to condense the passionate memory of several generations of Chinese people on women’s volleyball into two hours. "It’s like China women’s volleyball team. Although it may not win, it is just a fight. From Yuan’s guidance to Chen’s guidance to Lang’s guidance, they can come over and we must come over. "

In terms of actor selection, director Chen Kexin revealed that in order to ensure the professionalism and visibility of the sports scene, professional athletes may be considered in this casting. For the actors who are most concerned about by everyone, Lang Ping and Chen Zhonghe, the two legendary coaches unanimously expressed their trust and respect for the director’s judgment at the event site. "Of course, it is better to be handsome," Chen Zhonghe added with a smile at the end.

Regarding the plots that I hope to present in the film, Lang said with a smile, "For every day’s efforts, no one knows what the result is, but we will all do it to our dreams and goals. The dribs and drabs of our usual life and training are the results of our United efforts. I believe that Director Kexin will definitely grasp this theme. " Director Chen Zhonghe hopes that this spirit of women’s volleyball can be promoted to everyone, especially to teenagers, and he is full of hope and confidence for director Chen Kexin to direct this film.

The movie "China Women’s Volleyball Team" is scheduled for the Spring Festival of 2020. Together with the China Women’s Volleyball Team, we will go to Do not forget your initiative mind for a new journey and rekindle the classic memories spanning 40 years!

Why did China’s football get worse and worse?

Personally, I didn’t like football until I was about 15 or 16 years old. Actually, I didn’t like it much. I just liked it a little bit, but I didn’t devote myself to it. At that time, the atmosphere was not the same as it is now. At that time, there were no female guns and male stars, and the mainstream was iron-blooded men. Being a man would be tough and hard. Anyone who dared to stretch out his blue finger and casually freestyle would be killed by the people in the street.

The best way to be tough is sports. Therefore, among male students, if you don’t know much about sports, you will look like a soft egg in the eyes of your classmates. If you don’t watch the five major leagues, the Champions League and World Cup NBA, you will definitely develop abnormally. The more you devote yourself to watching football matches, the more you will look like a man. The more excited you are, the more eloquent you will be. It shows that you are professional and exuberant in male hormones. Boys think that with so much performance, girls will look at him more because of his exuberant hormones.

Everything in the world is related to sex, except sex itself.

I didn’t say this, but Wilde, the boring man. You have to settle accounts with him.

I liked football at first, just like joining a pyramid scheme gang. I was dragged in by my head. My roommate talked to me about football all day, walking, eating, sleeping and taking a shit in the bathroom. I was afraid that if I didn’t respond to him, he would be gay with me, so I was forced to learn football knowledge to show that I was normal. I was very man, and I was full of male hormones. Dude, you’d better not mess around, but I have never been very interested.

Really, just like my feelings for Kitahara, I really couldn’t find a better one in those days, so I’ll just try to like it.

If we put it aside now, right, then so-and-so, so-and-so, we will catch a lot of high-quality ones, although I can’t even remember the names.

My age of football enlightenment was Li Jinyu, Zhang Yuning and Li Tie, that is, the Li Tie who had just been fired as the head coach of the national team. He used to maintain the style of F4 in the early 2000s for many years, which was particularly recognizable. After being a head coach, his face was a lot rounder and his hair was a little shorter, but it was still much longer than that of ordinary boys. This shows how much psychological influence adolescence has on a person’s life. I can’t forget Toko Kitahara and Li Tie can’t forget F4’s long hair.

Because the players of that session were highly valued, playing against the weak team was just like playing for fun. Every time Li Jinyu scored a goal, he would learn from Guo Jing’s bow and arrow shooting. POSE was particularly handsome and very rhythmic. Although he lost to South Korea in the first game, he played against South Korea as a whole, and the momentum was fierce. The Korean media all thought that we were mental derangements, and we despised them even after losing, which was different from China people who always liked self-examination at ordinary times.

Because everyone has high expectations for that generation, sometimes when watching the game in the classroom, male students gather around the TV and score a goal, and the students are just like taking drugs. Some smash their desks, some howl like wolves, and some will grab the collars of the students next to them and shake others while screaming, making them twitch as if they were touched by electricity.

There were no entertainment activities in those days, and life and entertainment depended on the ambiguous eyes of female students and sports competitions.

In the 2000s, because a Yao Ming suddenly appeared in basketball, I only watched the NBA. After Yao Ming retired, I didn’t even watch sports events, so I concentrated on earning money to support my family.

Earning money to support the family is actually much more technical and practical than sports competitions. I don’t even want to come out here.

Occasionally, I saw the news of football in China, which basically showed a bloody collapse trend. The more I kicked, the more I collapsed. At the beginning, there were still several people studying abroad in Europe. Later, there were fewer and fewer people studying abroad. Now there is only one Lei Wu left. Now the national team seems to be reduced to the top eight in Asia, and it is often beaten on the face by Syria and Thailand. In the end, the China men’s football team has simply become a domestic emotional trash can and has become the object of collective banter. Since 2002,

Strangely, however, the Super League was extremely hot in previous years, and it was once known as the "sixth largest league in the world". Guangzhou Evergrande even won the AFC Champions League twice. In 2019, the average salary of Super League players reached about 6.5 million RMB. The average annual salary of the most expensive players in Guangzhou Evergrande and Shanghai Shanghai Shanghai was about 12 million RMB, and the worst player in Beijing and Shanghai also reached 2 million RMB.

This phenomenon that the league is hot and the national team is weak happens at the same time, which makes China football look very strange.

So what is the reason that led to this phenomenon?

Out of curiosity about the origin of all things, I chose to visit many domestic footballers who have been running around the world for 20 or 30 years and ask them why China’s football has been playing more and more in the past 20 years. Interestingly, everyone’s answers are surprisingly consistent, and there is a relaxed attitude of "You guys have seen through the world of mortals for a long time, so what should you do?".

After synthesizing everyone’s opinions, I gradually figured out the root logic of China’s failure in football.

Before writing this reason, I would like to remind you that, unlike our industrial party, which always feels confident that there is a sea of stars in front of us, most people in the sports and entertainment circles are still a little sad. At least three people in the football circle have used the phrase "China football is the epitome of China society" with me.

But as far as I know, this sentence is wrong.

China football and China entertainment circle are not all the epitome of China. Accurately speaking, they are only the epitome of China’s negative energy. China football circle and entertainment circle are relatively deformed, and they are also deeply related to finance, real estate and other industries. Because the starting industry of money itself is not normal in China, it is not normal to reflect on them. If you want to compare China industrial circle with China entertainment circle, it will be another world.

Back to the main question, why did China’s football (mainly referring to the men’s national team) play so badly?

It’s just that the players who play football are not good.

Then why are the players not good at football?

To put it simply, the fastest growth time of football players’ personal level is in the period of teenagers, but the level of football teenagers in China is not good.

We all know that no matter what line of work, the best person must be a combination of "high talent and diligence", and both of them are indispensable. Moreover, whether it is sports or literature and art, high talent can be seen in adolescence, whether it is Go, piano, writing, running, singing, dancing, basketball, or even physics and mathematics, it is clear at a glance when you are a teenager.

There is a saying in the world of Go, "If you are not a national player at the age of 20, you will be hopeless all your life", which is the truth.

Yao Ming in his teens, James in his teens, and Lang Lang in his teens all showed super-high talent in their teens, and became an industry elite in their adulthood. No one did not show his talent and did not undergo cruel training after the age of 20, and then he suddenly became extremely awesome in a certain field.

Even Tik Tok online celebrity, who was hit by the Universiade, became popular because of one sentence and one thing, and often passed away quickly, because there was no talent to continue exporting.

Including myself, I have 20 years of writing experience to write articles, and I don’t suddenly write things. I started writing novels when I was in junior high school. Every morning, the whole class is waiting for my novel to be updated, and I will circulate it to each other every morning, and the cover of my notebook will end up like oil residue.

If the highest score of football players is 100 points, let’s assume that Pele, Diego Maradona, Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi have a total score of 95 points (fans don’t come to wrangle, thank you), then they should reach the level of about 80 points before they reach adulthood. The league will improve their level, but the space is not as big as expected. The league mainly plays a role in maintaining a high level.

The Super League is very prosperous, but it doesn’t improve the level of China men’s soccer team that much, because they were locked at the level of 50-60 points in adolescence, and the league will make them rise to 65-70 points, but the upper limit is too low.

The Super League is helpful, and we can also pull a group of people out of the league to bully the fishing club, but the Super League is not the core reason that determines the level of the national team.

When you look at the time when international football stars became famous and began to make achievements, they usually started around the age of 18. For example, Messi became famous at the 2005 World Youth Championship, when he was just 18 years old. The next year, Diego Maradona called him his successor. Cristiano Ronaldo also became famous at the age of 18. In 2003, he moved from Sporting Lisbon to Manchester United for 12.24 million pounds, because at this time their total score was very high and they began to dump our players in the same period.

Of course, we have some high-level and good prospects. Don’t believe any strange theories of race and culture. I said that it is hooliganism to talk about problems with culture. We can have talents from all walks of life. How can 1.4 billion people not have a football genius?

In fact, India also has all kinds of talents, but it is buried and there is no platform to play.

However, when our players are teenagers, they encounter two big problems, which make their level stuck in the low level range. One is the lack of excellent youth football teachers, and the other is the lack of a lot of opportunities for practice.

As mentioned earlier, a master must be a combination of "high talent+diligence". High talent needs guidance, or it will be ruined. For example, Yao Ming is a basketball family. This is no problem. Lang Lang studied with Professor Zhao Pingguo at the age of 9 and has always been supported by experts. If he was born in a bad environment, his road to fame would be a hundred times more difficult.

Many children in Beijing can get the top resources in the country after they are born. Being famous in Beijing means being famous all over the country. Therefore, a large number of writers and singers are likely to emerge in Beijing, while a child from Sichuan, Hunan and Shanxi is ten million times more difficult and has to work ten million times harder to reach the same height. Because he has no resources and platform, he can only bite his teeth and die.

Do you say that children in Beijing are born with better talents than those in Shanxi? I don’t believe it.

There has never been any real fairness in this world. We were born to overcome all kinds of unfairness.

By the same token, compared with foreign countries, our football players were led astray in their youth, because we were short of excellent youth football coaches.

Ali Shaw, a Dutch coach who worked in our national team, once said an argument:

"The success rate of youth football training is high, and 70% depends on the level of young football coaches."

The highest level a player can reach as a teenager is not far from his final destination.

Our coaching level from children to teenagers is very low.

Maurines, a Spanish coach, came to Shanghai Shenhua Youth Training Department to work. In an interview with diariosur, a Spanish media, he said that our youth training coach can only play strength and run, and he is very weak in training technical and tactical abilities.

About 20-30 years behind Europe.

Some of our coaches with C-level coaches or D-level coaches’ certificates can’t do a good job of passing the low flat ball with their arches. They can only teach their children to run and shoot, and Spanish children of the same age can already open the space to send a straight ball.

Our youth football coaches are not only of low quality, but also lack of talents.

Like Spain, with a total population of less than 47 million, there are as many as 15,000 coaches with UEFA A-level certificates, 84,300 in Japan, a leading Asian country, and 600 in Iceland, a country with a population of only 360,000, 400 of whom have UEFA B-level certificates.

In China, a country with a population of 1.4 billion, in 2018, there were only over 40,000 coaches registered with the Football Association, only half of that in Japan. There were 11,855 C-level coaches, 2,298 B-level coaches, 985 A-level coaches and 158 professional coaches who could teach children a little.

The number of A-level coaches in our population of 1.4 billion is only 6.6% of Spain’s population of 47 million. There is only one A-level coach for every 1.54 million people in Spain, and one A-level coach for every 3,133 people in Spain.

There are only six A-level coaches in a big city with a population of 10 million, while there is one A-level coach in a community in Spain.

How can you beat Spain?

If you want to beat them, the Spanish coaches should not be collectively angry.

Moreover, the salary of most grass-roots football coaches in China is 5000-8000 yuan per month, which makes people have no motivation to stay for a long time in first-and second-tier cities.

What makes China football change fundamentally is not how hot the league is held, but the emergence of a large number of excellent coaches covering the grass roots, so that these coaches can earn income to support their families and have room for promotion. Then, under the guidance of these coaches, talented children can become world superstars.

Only with Bole can a swift horse be selected and trained. Without Bole, China football would be completely blind.

Then why is China so good at table tennis, badminton, diving and weightlifting, but China football can’t copy their methods?

Because football is the most competitive sport in the world. On the whole earth, the competition of table tennis, badminton, diving and weightlifting is far less than that of football. The competition of football starts with dolls and is basically stereotyped by teenagers. It is necessary not only to be talented and let people pick it out, but also to practice with a large number of people.

Pay attention to this word, it must be "a large wave of people often play", not a small number of people who train hard like table tennis and badminton.

This involves the second problem of diligence in "high talent+diligence". This diligence is not an individual’s diligence, but a group’s diligence based on a large number of grass-roots clubs.

A large number of excellent grass-roots coaches ensure the selection and training of highly gifted children, and a large number of grass-roots clubs ensure the growth of children.

Let’s take Ronaldo as an example.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s father is equipment manager of Andorinha, an amateur football club (that is, a handyman), so Cristiano Ronaldo trained in this club at the age of 7. Because of his good foundation, he was signed by the best local national club at the age of 10. When he signed it, he only spent 22 footballs and two sets of jerseys. After three years of careful training, Cristiano Ronaldo won half of the team’s goals here and was later attracted by Sporting Lisbon. At the age of 13, Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Sporting Lisbon for 1,500 pounds and played at the age of 18.

Messi’s experience is similar. At the age of 5, he started playing football in amateur grass-roots clubs. His father was the coach and taught him personally. From then on, he was promoted to the old boys Club in Newell. At the age of 11, he needed treatment because of dwarfism. Newell dared not spend the money. At the age of 13, Messi was taken to the youth training camp in La Masia, Barcelona, Spain by coach KUKA, and he also got treatment opportunities. Since then, he has become famous in Barcelona.

In fact, Japan is learning from the model of "a large number of excellent coaches+grassroots amateur clubs" in Europe and South America, which makes Japanese football play stronger and stronger in Asia.

Reporter Miao Yuan once interviewed Japanese youth training coach Chiba Taishin, who used to be a professional player and worked as a youth training coach for 20 years after retiring. According to his reaction, many football teachers in Japan are volunteers, playing with their children when they were young. In junior high school, children can train three times a week and play once. In middle school, Japanese football will form a three-legged team, a social team and a professional echelon, with a large number of campus and social players. The level of the top 32 social teams in China is close to professional.

In the 12-15-year-old echelon of professional teams, only 1% of the outstanding talents are selected from these teams. Because there are a large number of grassroots units, excellent seedlings come up.

Chiba Taishen also said a very important point: children should master basic football skills at the age of 10-12, and improve their understanding of football after the age of 12, and combine skills with football understanding.

I doubt very much how our scarce football coaches, and most ordinary coaches, can make our children in China master basic football skills at the age of 10-12.

With grass-roots clubs and enough students, we have to let them fight at this time.

An interesting point is that the vast majority of football powers in the world are actually not vast countries, and the football level of countries with large areas is actually not outstanding, like that of China, the United States and India.

Why is it easy for a small country to practice strong football? It is because regional confrontation can often be organized without making the young players so tired.

Even in countries like England and Italy, which we don’t think are so big, teenagers and Italian C try their best to compete in different districts. When amateur clubs compete, the driving distance is guaranteed to be within one or two hours, so as to try to go and return on the same day without wasting everyone’s time and energy on the bus.

An hour or two’s drive is too extravagant for China. In the past, it would have been enough for Shaoyang to drive to Loudi to compete. Even if there is a high-speed train now, we have to change trains when we get off high-speed railway station. Our Shaoyang team wants to pick Changsha, and it will take four or five hours to change trains, so the little players will be exhausted.

Therefore, it is best to divide a province into several small areas, so that young people in small areas can confront each other more, and let them experience the beatings in the world and the pressure and happiness of growing up from an early age.

Then some people may object to this view and say Brazil? People are as big as Brazil, and a state is quite a country in Europe. How can people do so well?

Brother, Brazilians are actually suffering. It took them nearly 50 years to complete the national league, and it was only in the 21st century that they made their living mainly in coastal states, relying on state leagues. Small-scale regional confrontation is the basis for their talents to flourish.

We look at how the world’s football powers have risen, and soon know where the main vein of football development lies.

After the World War II in Germany, Herbega, the coach director of the Football Association, planned to "train 100 excellent coaches first, teach 100 people for every one, and train 10,000 coaches."

Ten years later, the Federal Republic of Germany won the World Cup in Switzerland in 1954.

Up to now, Germany has turned the German Football Association into the largest single sports association in the world, with 24,481 clubs, 145,000 teams and 7.17 million registered players.

But among the 7.17 million registered players, only 1,500 people finally make a living in this line. These 1,500 people are really one in a million.

So how can China beat the Germans?

If you want to beat them, German coaches should not be collectively angry.

By the way, the salary of German youth coaches is five to ten times that of ordinary people. Think about the salary of China youth coaches of 5,000 to 8,000 yuan, which is really invisible. That’s why youth coaches try to ask for bribes from players.

Let’s take a country with small boobs as an example to see how Icelandic football has become strong. The case of this country is more representative.

Iceland has a population of 330,000, so it’s normal that people can’t beat others. All of them have to go to work, and the weather is cold. There are few football fields in China, so it’s difficult to get a team out. Everyone understands, but the Icelandic Football Association has made great efforts to strengthen itself. In 2000, it began to build nine large indoor football stadiums all over the country, and every school and village also built football fields. By 2015, a total of 179 standard football fields and 128 football fields were built.

Moreover, since 2000, Iceland has trained 600 professional football coaches like crazy, 400 of whom have the UEFA B-level coaching certificate, which is equivalent to one professional coach for every 100 young men of the right age. In addition, due to the small space, they can often be pulled together to engage in confrontation, and the level has risen steadily.

By the European Cup in 2016, the Icelandic team began to make achievements, with two draws and one win in the group stage, killing England in the quarter-finals and successfully reaching the quarter-finals.

Think about what it would be like if China could reach the quarterfinals of the European Cup.

But it took Icelandic people only 16 years.

So you see, as long as we start from the roots in a down-to-earth manner, we can start football.

Therefore, everyone should understand a truth. In the most competitive sports subdivision industry in the world, football must start with dolls, and there must be a large number of amateur bottom clubs+youth leagues+fierce confrontation in small areas+a large number of excellent grassroots coaches, and then an excellent adult top league and an excellent national team can be established.

The result of the national team is the final result, and the national team is not the cause of the matter.

Then why is the foundation so poor? The Super League has been quite lively in the past few years, and even won the AFC Champions League?

This question is relatively simple.

The Super League looked prosperous in the past few years because of its interests.

Many companies go to the Super League, and their purpose is not football at all, because all football clubs in China are losing money. The poor income of Chinese football clubs is simply not enough to plug their teeth, but how can they do business at a loss?

This is the same as opening a five-star hotel. I usually love to explore the business model and find that most five-star hotels in China are unprofitable. Hotels that invest 10 billion yuan can earn up to 100 million yuan a year, and the input-output ratio is too low, and most of them are still losing money. Five-star hotels in Shaoyang are extremely well built and the cost is so high, and there are few guests at all. I don’t know how they maintain it. It is a bad business here.

It was not until later that I learned that a five-star hotel is actually a part of the infrastructure. If you build a five-star hotel, the local government will try to make it up for you in the land or other places, so that you can earn money from other places.

Chinese football clubs also mean the same thing. Bosses vote for football mainly to earn money from local governments, finance and other places, but they are not interested in football.

So you asked him to spend ten years building a youth training system. How could he have this idea? I don’t even know where it is five years later. I’m crazy. Why did I invest so much money to build a youth training system?

If the boss insists that I build an echelon, then I’ll just build an inspection to cope with it. Anyway, we can’t do a ten-year talent training plan that consumes money and energy.

Therefore, in the first year when Lippi coached the national football team, he reflected that China professional clubs didn’t even have a complete echelon construction. How many years have it been?

A senior person in the sports field told me that when Jiangsu Suning scored well, Jiangsu Sports School directly gave the echelon to Suning, and then Suning directly dissolved it.

You can pay attention to one thing. Chinese football clubs especially like to smash foreign aid with deep pockets, but they don’t train local young players. First, because it is easy to make achievements, they can quickly smash an AFC Champions League with money and get recognition from the top. Second, buying directly in the peripheral market, large transactions can generate huge amounts of money flow, and everyone in this link, from the general manager, translators, brokers and coaches, is eager to get kickbacks.

Since in China, the club can’t build a youth training echelon for his special motivation, why can’t we learn from South America, Europe and Japan, and build a large number of amateur clubs at the bottom? Let China players raise their level to 75-80 points when they are young, and then keep a high level in the league. How many stars with 85-90 points are there?

This problem is much more complicated, and it involves more economic chains.

If we compare Japan and Germany, we lack a large number of well-trained excellent coaches, and we can’t keep these people struggling in their posts for decades, and a football market has not formed.

If we compare South American countries, we lack a large number of volunteers. Many parents in South America are free volunteers in amateur clubs. They have fun by themselves, and they also take their children to play together. They can often play all night on the court.

These two points are difficult to achieve in China.

Training a large number of excellent football coaches requires a long-term 10-year plan, which requires administrative power. After the training, these people have to be prevented from changing careers easily, and there is a shortage of volunteers. In fact, parents in China are very busy, and they are not on the same level as Europeans, Japanese and South Americans.

China is now the fastest-growing economy in the world. Everyone needs to keep up with the big forces economically and make a determined effort to earn money. Because if the class leap cannot be achieved now, it will be several times more difficult for the later generations to achieve it. Everyone is working hard to earn money. Where can they spare time to volunteer at the football field?

Therefore, we can make a comparison. Either developed countries have perfect wages and benefits, or South American countries, whose economies are flat and often harvested by the United States, have perfect amateur clubs at the bottom, and such clubs are not for profit. China is now in a special historical stage. Many people have just become urban citizens from rural areas, and a large number of high-quality young people are still seizing emerging jobs such as the Internet and finance. They are all buying the first car and the first suite in their lives and have no time to participate in football grassroots projects in person.

Everyone has the opportunity to change their destiny, and it is not football’s turn to grab time for the time being.

I think that if China’s economy stagnates one day or becomes a developed country, football will be much better than it is now.

You may be tempted to ask, then why did China’s football and basketball, which were good in the past, fall into this state now?

Because it used to be a national system, this system has been scolded for decades in my impression, and it has produced many drawbacks, saying that it is a waste of people and money, which is the wrong way of socialism in the past, but in fact, the national system also has its excellent side. In the past, good players were actually selected from sports schools at different levels and then practiced hard behind closed doors. In 2002, that wave of players was actually the last performance of players trained by the national system.

After that wave, the level of players became worse and worse, because the old system was overturned, but the new system was not established, and the bottom-up basic population such as South America and Europe was not established, so they played worse and worse in the past 20 years.

It is not anyone’s fault that a new system has not been established, but it is decided by the stage of China’s times.

We have seen that some small countries, such as Qatar and Viet Nam, can often abuse the men’s soccer team in China. In fact, they have just set up a team with a little meager funds, and the government has stepped forward to set up a youth training center, which has achieved results in a long time.

The children in China, without government organization, received expensive and wrong guidance in their teens, but after the technology was formed, they couldn’t play with the small professional guidance.

It’s a bit like people are using the national system that we don’t use to attack the unhealthy market system that we haven’t formed.

Of course, because this country also lacks the bottom operating system in South America, it can only bully China at most, and it is very difficult to go any further.

"Usually our poor youth football population is just making up the numbers." A big shot in the circle sighed and said this to me.

In fact, in all areas of deep competition, the sports circles in China have encountered the same problems as football.

For example, in basketball and volleyball in China, the results are getting worse and worse. Only the middle of the women’s volleyball team was saved by Lang Ping. That’s because the competition of women’s volleyball in the world was not so fierce. Lang Ping saved a group of teenage girls in time and caught up with them through a lot of hard training.

If nothing unexpected happens, the three major events in China, regardless of men’s and women’s events, are all due to the fact that the new system was not established when the old system was transferred to the new system, which is an inevitable historical trend.

The former China Women’s Football Team, the 2002 China Men’s Football Team, and the former Yao Ming, Wang Zhizhi and Li Na were actually trained from the old system. They were the beneficiaries of the old system. Now the new system has not been built, and China’s special historical stage has made the three goals worse and worse.

Those leagues that look like red fire can’t hide the failure of our construction at the bottom of this fierce global competition.

Finally, give some advice to China football:

1. Learn from Germany and Iceland, establish a football coach training system, and strive to have thousands of professional coaches in each key city.

2. Through market-oriented operation, these coaches are guaranteed to survive and stay, and there is still room for salary increase. (This is the hardest)

3. Without thinking about doing a good job in football all over the country, we should set aside one or two key provinces, decentralize coaches in these provinces, divide these provinces into different small regions, and launch fierce youth leagues in each small region. If possible, it is best to set up three teams, such as youth training centers, youth training points of football associations and cooperative schools of clubs, like Germany, to select outstanding talents from them.

4. Choose a leader with a long term for about ten years, and be patient to do it.

If it really doesn’t work, it’s ok to engage in the previous youth training system.

Of course, in fact, football is a sport and entertainment, and it is not so important in essence. As I said before, "earning money to support the family is actually much more technical and more practical than sports competitions." Now our country focuses on aerospace, the belt and road initiative and the prosperity of the whole people. Compared with football, football is really insignificant. No matter how well you play it, there is no chance to raise your head and speak in the face of the powerful economic and technological gap.

If football scores can be exchanged for the improvement of the living standards of the whole people, I believe that people in Brazil’s slums must raise their hands in favor.

We have a wider sea of stars and dust, and we can take it slowly in the back.

According to the present situation, football in China may still linger for a while, but it doesn’t matter. The best chance to plant a tree was ten years ago, and the second best chance is now.

Women who can dress well, where to win? The detailed "ever-changing" guide can be called a fashion textbook.

Text: Lowe

Hi, I’m Lowe. Let’s continue our fashion trip, and we’ll never get lost when we become beautiful.

How to play with ever-changing styles? Today, it is the protagonist.

Light is color, and light is colored; Things are shapes, and tangible things exist. Therefore, color and things are the simple features of nature bred by heaven and earth.

Our understanding of the world can be essentially classified into two points:Colors and objects. Regardless of industry, regardless of species.

Based on this, styleThe word arises spontaneously. Broadly speaking, it is the classification and division of a certain kind of things with common characteristics; In a narrow sense, it is a personality with a specific label.

For example, the character style, clothes style, collocation style, and evenBaibian modeling style. In different environments or contexts, styles can be integrated and connected without hindrance.

And,styleJust like a music conductor, facing a jumble of different colors or objects (clothes and people), he dances a harmonious stick and plays a pleasing fashion style.

Only when the style of a suit is clear can it stand the vicious aesthetic appreciation and torture.

So, where does the style come from? Lowe’s answer is: people, clothes, accessories, colors, inspiration, temperament, demeanor, words and deeds, temperament, posture. ……Everything is..

The most important thing: everyone’s style is unique. It is presented after the integration of people and clothes.Unique tonality.

If you reallyHave temperament, then the style is unique and quite charming; If you don’t, it shows everything inside: poor, poor, pale, helpless, tacky or mediocre. …

This is why people with temperament look good in everything. Because, the characters themselvesCharming gas field, has long surpassed all external things. Please note that you are good-looking and have a figure. Have temperament.

Here’s to clarify what a real temperament is: it is.From the insideA state of mental energy, which does not refer to some features of appearance or the contrast of clothes.

I still remember a customer I met in the store before. When she pushed the door in, her whole energy instantly lit up everything. That kind of elegant and decent gas field, which is strongly shocking, has never forgotten me.

Of course, for ordinary people, it is not an overnight success to want to have this temperament. But at least if you know the direction of your efforts, you have already succeeded half the time, right?

Today’s fashion sharing will focus on 【Variety style】 wear it.Focus buildingExpand. There is a lot of verbosity above, which is the core of temperament shaping and belongs to the ideological level. Next, it is the application sharing of practical exercises.

As I said before, as long as a set of clothes has a distinctive style, the whole will not be difficult to see. So, where does the style come from? How to establish a style?

This will belong to 【Focus building】 And the ever-changing shape is a game with a distinct focus. After all, we can’t get away from the style focus of condensing light.

However, where does the focus come from? Lowe defines it as: anything is possible, coveringCharacters and costumesEverything depends on personal aesthetic vision and creative inspiration.

However, from the conventional application experience, Lowe listed as follows:

Clothes tone

A piece of clothing itselfBright colorTonality often has the advantage of preemptive visual snatch. At this point, it is the king of focus. All collocation ideas should revolve around it, and the style will take the lead because of it.

Like this rose-purple coat, the color is exaggerated and the lines are neat, which is quite intellectual. The wisdom and romance that women love most are far more elegant than the fiery red.

If it is black, white, gray, rice and other basic colors, it is necessary to look at it with the help of design to distinguish its hue. In the picture below, the black stitching lines of the beige sweater are quietlySmall personalityLay the groundwork.

In line with this idea, choosing a beige gauze skirt to match is a modest luxury. The quiet momentum personality is the most shocking. Comparing the upper and lower styles, the style images are naturally wonderful.

Clothing design

Throw away the fashion tension of large-area colors, and use design lines, or decorative elements, and small-area contrast colors to show their individuality. Their styles are distinctive.

If you want to dress well, there are two ideas: follow the trend or go upstream.by taking advantage of an opportunity, that is, highlight the design tonality and focus on it;adverse current, that is, mix and match, compare the test of wearing skills.

The strength of fashion power depends onDesign sense of quantityDepending on the size. This light blue sweater, with its flared sleeves, has a definite personality. As for how to wear it and how to highlight this sense of design, everyone has his own arrangement.

People who know will build momentum, such as matching a cropped sleeve coat or a vest; If you don’t understand, you may be at a loss and become a disorderly situation.

Clothing fabric

The style of fabric, though small, cannot be ignored. Knitting, for example, is delicate, rugged and has different styles. When the fabric becomes the focus label, you have to learn to adapt.

thisTexture senseThe obvious sweater coat must be worn casually to look good. Of course, exquisiteness and femininity should be at least 20% so as not to be sloppy.

As thin as a veil and as transparent as a cicada.Lace materialAt one time, romantic women were sought after. Wearing the right style, wearing the wrong gaudy, being measured and measured, has become cautious.

If you make friends with neat shirts, all vulgar worries can be dispelled. This personality, this focus, is the favorite of the urban workplace elite. Of course, lace should be high-grade and textured.

Color matching tone

What is color matching tone? That is, a set of collocation creates a tone tendency. It can often turn decay into magic. Looking at this beige knitted skirt alone, the highlights are insufficient.

But with a gold bag, it makes people shine.Focus tone, is the overall style label: cool, fashionable, silk does not hesitate, when it comes to it.

Color matching tones can only be understood, but not expressed. For example,White and blue matchThe refreshing classic is a French style label of a literary fan. Especially jeans with a white coat is the usual method.

Like white shirt+jeans, white sweater+jeans, who can refuse effortless fashion? Other images: red and blue, blue and brown, rice flour, red and brown … please experience it carefully.

shoe

Shoes are the focus, the easiest to get started. Decide the style, make the finishing point, shoeNever flinch. When worn, shoes still occupy a delicate and exquisite visual window.

Cool Martin boots, pointed shoes, distinctive personality, rule out the river.

Over the yearsNeutral leather shoes, far more popular than delicate loafers. Exaggerated design, bold tone and strong sense of existence contribute to a neat neutral focus for a set of collocation.

Before choosing it, weigh your free and easy ingredients.

Bag

Shoes and bags have the same status, and they are equal. Can be independent and cooperate with each other. If you are a fashion novice, please cooperate with it, and the error probability is extremely low.

A bag with weight or bright spots isIdentity and tasteThe sum of.

In addition, the bag also plays a role.Harmonic focusThe great responsibility. Big coat? Long coat? Everything loose and bloated can be solved by a delicate and lovely small bag in minutes.

A playful and lively atmosphere, a set of calm collocation.

jewels

Hehe, the focus effect of jewelry need not be said. Most of the modeling atmosphere is supported by it.Jewelry pointsThe more, the more exaggerated the effect, the more distinctive the style.

From the lapel coatwhite pearlHow appropriate, straight melody and harmony, exquisite and elegant power emerge instantly.

OrnamentalFocus buildingVery flexible, try to figure out a way that suits you, and fashion comes uninvited.

Like shoes and bags, jewelry also has a boost from brands. There is a stronger sense of existence and a more obvious style tendency, so we must pay attention to screening. cultivateluxury goodsThe ability to taste culture is also a part of clothing.

Small thing

Small accessories, such as glasses, scarves, scarves, watches, etc., although small in area, can create momentum for style. When you want to be academic, or to express dignity and intellectuality, a pairFrame glassesIt’s an artifact.

Autumn and winterglovesIt also has the effect of making the finishing point, and paying attention to women will never ignore it.

Personality beltHold up the fashion focus for the waist. With clothes, it becomes an excellent window.

Soft factor

What is a soft factor? Lowe classifies all the elements that are invisible and can only be felt as soft factors. Such as temperament, expression, words and deeds, inner strength, temperament and so on.

A set of collocation, a style, have corresponding.Wear imposing manner. According to occasions, scenes and needs, to release and express, you can naturally get what you want with the help of fashion clothes.

This level, very picky, only the master understands.

After a series of combing the focus, I believe you will get the message. However, how to combine the scene application? This link is the demonstration of the scene.

Scene 1: Low-key luxury

Education must leave three points blank

Source: [China Teachers’ Daily]

"Hanging water! At least a week! " The doctor’s words gave me a record of resting for more than 4 hours during the day. The music started slowly, and the room was very quiet, so I left time blank and was alone with myself. How long has it not been so pleasant?

I closed my eyes and let my thoughts fly like a wild horse … Suddenly, a boy’s figure came to my mind: besides attending classes every day, he just made up his homework, rewrote his homework and corrected his homework … Was he also bored and tired in those days?

Blank space: respecting students’ needs

Xiaoyong is a fifth-grade boy. He is white and fat, and he has certain obstacles in reading. His mother often shakes her head: "The words that the child wrote silently the night before will not be silent the next morning." However, if you pay attention to the lecture, Xiaoyong can judge simple math problems quickly and correctly, and occasionally get "excellent" in the practice test of observing figures and determining positions. However, after entering the senior year, Xiaoyong’s scores in all subjects dropped significantly. It has become my compulsory course to urge him to finish and revise his homework every day. Writing, making up and reading have also become Xiaoyong’s main tasks after school. However, gradually, holding the pen, he often lost his mind, staring at the little friends playing outside in a daze, and the time for making up homework was obviously extended …

Thought of here, I suddenly understand. Faced with a life without leisure, we adults also feel depressed, let alone children? Shouldn’t children grow up in games and laughter? The day when you make up your homework after class and continue to do it after dinner may be tolerable for children for a day or two. After a long time, how can you not be bored?

After feeling Xiaoyong’s inner dissatisfaction and helplessness, I began to adjust my working style.

In order to increase Xiaoyong’s rich and positive emotional experience, I adjusted the time for him to make up his homework, from recess to when I was on duty at noon or at night, to ensure that he had a certain rest or relaxation time before making up his homework. I set a "green channel" for him, so there is no need to queue up when submitting the revision. I promised him that I could ask for a 5-minute rest if I felt tired during the completion of my homework. I "slimmed down" his homework, and after asking other teachers for permission, I checked the basic questions for him to finish, and marked others as free from writing. A series of practices enable Xiaoyong to complete his personalized tasks, speed up the completion of homework, and have more time to play with his friends. He has a positive emotional experience every day, instead of dawdling, from "others want me to do it" to "I want to do it", and his sense of self-identity has quietly increased.

I also asked Xiaoyong to be the lunch manager, to encourage students to praise Xiaoyong’s enthusiasm and other advantages in class meetings, and also asked Xiaoyong to prepare a notebook he liked to record his little progress. His small positive actions were written in my notebook in time, and my parents signed it every week to share the joy. Slowly, Xiaoyong became strong and optimistic, and his evaluation of himself became higher and higher, and he became more active in learning.

As a living individual, students have unlimited vitality. When educators see the inherent potential of learners, they will leave three points blank in education and give them room for free development. As a student, if he keeps reading and writing every day and just wants to improve his grades a little, he must not be a happy child because he has lost the rich experience of his childhood. The lack of students’ internal driving force can easily lead to the decline of learning ability after grade growth.

Educators should give students free time and space, pay attention to their independent development, cultivate their external adaptation and support perception factors, enhance their sense of self-efficacy, cultivate their lofty ideals of contributing to society and the country, and let their hearts have long-term learning motivation. On the other hand, educators’ too detailed requirements, too high expectations, too much homework and too tight management may cause students to be rebellious, irritable and tired of learning, and even extreme events. Only by knowing the education of blank space can students have enough stamina.

Blank space: enriching the memory of educators

A little sick leave, let me experience that when people are idle, their brains will think deeply and further produce educational wisdom. When the work schedule is full, anxiety, insomnia and impatience are inevitable; If the memory of the mind is insufficient, life will be stuck. When teachers devote all their energy to attending classes, correcting homework and other matters, they have no time to study, think about whether their educational methods are appropriate, whether they are over-managed, whether their concepts are too old, and even have no time to manage their own parent-child relationship, etc., one day they will be tired of various relationships that have not been handled well.

As an educator, if he is immersed in the students’ homework every day and keeps his eyes on the students’ achievements, he must not be a happy teacher, because he ignores other scenery in the educational process. The introduction of "double reduction" policy, reducing students’ excessive homework burden and reducing off-campus training of disciplines is necessary for the development of education and a good thing for educators to grow up healthily. Leave three points blank in education, which means that we don’t cross the line and do nothing. Let’s leave some time to recharge and adjust ourselves, set aside time to learn various knowledge, form the habit of timely reflection, and add energy to our hearts regularly. Because, education is a seamless art of "the cup overflows".

Blanking: Improving the Quality of Home-school Communication

If school education wants to be long-lasting, it must get the cooperation of parents. The concept of positive psychology holds that most people do their best at any time. I believe that parents whose children are not performing well also want to establish contact with their teachers, but they will subconsciously avoid it if they have some concerns. So I took the initiative to communicate with Xiaoyong’s parents. From the beginning, I affirmed the love and dedication of parents to their children and praised Xiaoyong’s subtle progress. I also invited Xiaoyong’s father to participate in the "Parents in Class" activity, telling his work story, and enhancing students’ understanding and respect for him … Gradually, Xiaoyong’s parents became active in communicating with me, and he was very touched by the teacher’s sincere help to the child’s growth.

In the face of children’s shortcomings, it is normal for teachers to be dissatisfied and complain. However, whether talking to students or communicating with parents, if the teacher "speaks his mind straight", leaving no room when speaking, and his words are too sharp, it may hurt the other person’s self-confidence, diminish the other person’s sense of self-efficacy and bring educational resistance. Only by working hand in hand with students and parents can teachers form a joint force of home-school education and promote the healthy growth of the class. Teachers should always cherish the self-restraint of "being reasonable makes people three points" and show the generosity of "being reasonable and forgiving" and the wisdom of "not saying enough" in order to achieve the harmony among others, themselves and the situation and receive the ideal communication effect.

Blank space in painting and calligraphy means that the picture pays attention to the hierarchical layout and leaves blank space, which symbolizes the nature of heaven and earth and has a profound sense of time and space. So is the art of education? Education must leave three points blank, so as to keep one’s educational life and educational objects in the best state all the time, feel the happiness of life and bloom the wonderful life.

German doctor exposure: There is a disease that is the hardest hit area of "over-medical treatment" or becomes a means of making money.

According to news reports, a woman named Wagner in Germany was arrested because. The back pain is unbearableShe went to the hospital for many times, and the attending doctor made a variety of diagnosis and treatment plans for her, but all of them had little effect.

Seeing that conventional treatment was ineffective, Ms. Gewana came up with the idea of radical cure of back pain through surgery. However, after many operations in the plastic surgery hospital, Ms. Gewana’s back pain has not eased, but has become more and more serious.

According to a report in the German weekly Der Spiegel,In two years, Ms. Gwana underwent six major operations and treated 26 spinal positions.. However, complicated surgery still can’t completely solve Ms. Wagner’s back pain. Now she is 80 years old and has to rely on a walker to walk.

In fact, cases like Ms. Wagner are not uncommon. According to the data, in 2020, there were 387,000 back operations in Germany, 71% more than 14 years ago, and more and more spinal interventions can be paid separately in each operation. In this regard, many medical experts began to question the rationality of such operations.

By analyzing the data of more than 7,500 people from 2015 to 2021, German doctor Michael Belal and his colleagues concluded that,Less than 5% of the suggestions for back surgery are reasonable. This means that most spinal interventions are unnecessary, and about 95% of cases have experienced "over-medical treatment".

Many people have had shoulder back pain and low back pain. The main reason why back pain is common is that,Back pain is usually caused by muscle strain caused by poor sitting posture or muscle weakness caused by lack of exercise, which leads to "neck, shoulder and back pain". Especially smokers over 40 years old, because nicotine is absorbed into the blood, it will cause vasoconstriction and spasm, reduce blood supply, and affect the blood circulation outside the intervertebral disc. The symptoms of back pain may be more serious.

It can be seen that not all back pain problems require surgical intervention. Pain doctor Michael K thinks:"In the back treatment, filming, puncture and cutting are particularly profitable. As a result, there are too many such operations. "

In fact, in addition to the back pain caused by tumor, smokers suffer from chronic low back pain. If they quit smoking for a period of time, they will find that the pain has improved. Exercise to strengthen the function of the back muscles through swimming and other sports is also helpful to exercise the back muscles and spinal joints and relieve the symptoms of back pain.

In China, overtreatment also exists.Former Vice Minister of Health Huang JiefuI once bluntly said at a meeting: "Many medicines should not be taken, but they are being taken; Many treatments are not needed, but they are still being done; Many operations will only make patients more painful, but they are also being done."

Huang Jiefu appealed that the phenomena of "ineffective medical treatment" and "over-medical treatment" in China need to be reflected. Is every treatment necessary? We need to re-examine the problem.

Excessive medical treatment is a diagnosis and treatment behavior that exceeds the actual needs of diseases, which usually manifests as excessive medication, excessive examination, excessive hospitalization, excessive consumables, abuse of surgery and antibiotics, etc., which will lead to a huge waste of social medical resources.

The most direct disadvantage of overtreatment is thatIncrease the burden on patientsThe emergence of "expensive medical treatment" has caused some people to look down on the disease. According to the data, the waste of medical resources can reach 20%-30% due to the abuse of drugs and inspections by medical institutions.

Secondly,Harm the health of patients, resulting in an increase in iatrogenic diseases.. For example, the data show that the cases of drug-induced liver damage in China are increasing at a rate of 3%-4.5% every year, and there are often cases in which patients with hepatitis B get worse or even worse after blindly using traditional Chinese medicine compound.

Overtreatment may alsoDamage the doctor-patient relationship,Affect social harmony. Random inspections, arbitrary charges and the appearance of "sky-high medical care" have greatly damaged the image of medical institutions and medical personnel.

1. Cervical erosion

The term "cervical erosion" has been abandoned at present, and it has been replaced by"Ectopic columnar epithelium of cervix"Nouns. The so-called "cervical erosion" is essentially the eversion of cervical columnar epithelium, which is exposed to the external cervix. The columnar epithelium is arranged in a single layer, and there is a rich vascular network under it. The columnar epithelium fuses with each other into villi or granules to form a rough appearance.

In the past, because many doctors lacked a correct understanding of "cervical erosion", clinical overtreatment or improper treatment often occurred and was quite serious. This is not only the problem of antibiotic abuse, but also the abuse of loop electrode resection in many hospitals to treat "cervical erosion", which leads to women’s health problems such as cervical adhesion, decreased cervical secretion, cervical endometriosis and cervical incompetence.

Clinically, gynecological examination found that the outside of the cervix was red, striped or granular.Local cleaners do not need treatment at all.; If there is purulent secretion, it can be treated by local vaginal plugging for several days; If the area is extremely large and there is no obvious improvement after local treatment, cervical cytology and HPV-DNA detection should be done, and artificial cervical cancer screening is the correct way if necessary.

2, thyroid nodules

Among thyroid nodules, 80%~90% are nodular goiter, which belongs to thyroid tissue hyperplasia and degenerative diseases, not to tumors, and there is no surgical indication.Only 5%~10% of thyroid cancer may need surgery.

However, due to the low level of ultrasound and cytology diagnosis in some hospitals in China, it is impossible to distinguish the benign and malignant nature of nodules before operation, so that some doctors operate on all patients with thyroid nodules, which not only wastes a lot of medical resources, but also causes different degrees of damage to the appearance and function of patients.

Experts say that more than 80% of thyroid nodules are benign, and under normal circumstances, they have no obvious impact on human health, just need regular observation. Benign nodules generally do not require surgery, and only have symptoms of oppression such as dysphagia and dyspnea, or are found. The rapid enlargement of nodules in a short time and suspicious lymph node metastasis under the condition of unchanged nodule size indicate that the lesions are progressing continuously and should be treated surgically.

3. Heart stent

In 2013, the American Medical Association released a report saying that stents are one of the most frequently abused medical interventions. In this regard,Hu Dayi, Chairman of Cardiovascular Branch of Chinese Medical Association. The professor said: "The problem of heart stent abuse in China is not more optimistic than that in the United States. Few patients abroad need more than three stents. But in China, many patients have been placed with 5 to 10 stents, which is obvious over-medical treatment. "

Professor Hu Dayi said that some patients did not meet the indications of interventional therapy, but were placed with one or more stents. Because they did not take medicine on time after operation, they developed thrombosis, which led to more serious myocardial infarction.

Before considering stent surgery, patients diagnosed with coronary artery obstructive disease should focus on lifestyle changes, such as not smoking, eating a healthy diet and exercising according to regulations. This also means that this group of people should receive a variety of necessary drug treatments, such as aspirin to prevent thrombosis, beta-blockers to slow down heart rate and control blood pressure, and statins to lower cholesterol levels.Paying attention to preventive lifestyle changes and drug treatment are often the best methods for patients with coronary heart disease.

4. Cancer screening

Han Qide, an academician of China Academy of Sciences, once pointed out at the "Medical and Humanities Summit Forum" that heIt is not recommended that healthy people do cancer screening.

He explained that "early cancer" and "lazy cancer" hidden in people’s bodies do not matter even if they are not found and not treated. This has also become his questioning point about the universal cancer early screening technology and early detection and early treatment strategy that are highly praised by the medical community at present. He believes that after cancer is screened out, it may have a negative impact on the screened object: if early intervention is carried out, such as removing early lesions or gene regulation, but a large number of them will eventually develop into severe diseases, it is equal to "getting a knife in vain."

"Early detection and early diagnosis and treatment are beneficial to cancer patients" does not violate logic, and it has become a consensus in the medical field. But cancer screening is different from clinical medical treatment, and not all people and all tumors should be screened. Tumors suitable for screening should have the following characteristics:High incidence, and it is "high incidence in a certain population (high-risk objects)"; Severe prognosis (high mortality); There is a detectable "subclinical stage".

"No disease, excessive inspection, minor illness, serious illness" not only increases the economic burden of patients, damages their health, but also seriously affects the relationship between doctors and patients. It is not only a technical problem, but also a moral problem and a social problem. Only by improving the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, formulating standardized diagnosis and treatment processes, and establishing indicators and management systems for quality control and evaluation of medical services can we achieve "reasonable examination, rational drug use, reasonable treatment and reasonable fees" and let modern medicine benefit the majority of patients. # Questions and answers about chronic diseases #

Table tennis world cup: the top 8 has gone out of its 4 th! South Korea and Germany advanced, and the China Taipei team reversed.

On the evening of December 5th, Beijing time, the Chengdu Table Tennis Mixed Team World Cup ended the round robin competition between Group B and Group D, and four seats were born in the list of the top eight. China’s two table tennis rivals, German and Korean, were promoted without accident, while the other two places were won by Slovak and China Taipei teams respectively.

In particular, it is worth mentioning that in the final showdown with Singapore, the China Taipei team fell behind 5-7 and made a three-game reversal. At the same time of the final 8-7 reversal, it was not easy to beat Singapore by a total score of 26-25. Please see below for the detailed situation.

In this competition, the teams with the highest ranking in Group B and Group D are Germany and South Korea respectively, but their strengths are different-the six main players of the German team, Ochalov, Qiu Dang, Francesca, Bohr, Han Ying and Mittham, did not participate in the competition, and only Shan Xiaona was regarded as the first-class master of foreign associations, with greatly reduced strength and far less advantages than usual.

As for South Korea, this time, it is an active registration and a gathering of experts. Almost all the stronger ace athletes have participated, and they are far ahead in this group, so it is not difficult for them to advance, while the German team is facing a severe test.

After the game started, the South Korean team won two games in a row on the first day. First, it beat Singapore 8-3, then it beat Canada 8-2. It was playing with Chinese players all the time. I didn’t know it, but I thought it was Guoping Team 2 and Team 3, but Jin Naying lost 1-2 unexpectedly. However, when Germany met the Egyptian team in Africa, they all stumbled and finally won 8-3, which was really uncomfortable.

After the next day’s game, the Korean team continued to exert its strength, winning 8-2 in China and 8-1 in India to become the first in the group, while Germany won 8-3 in Portugal and 8-1 in Slovakia, winning all four games. It is indeed "a thin camel is bigger than a horse"!

The strongest team in Group B was originally Portugal, but their two main players, Freitas and Apollonia, didn’t come, and they lost to Slovakia by one point, ranking third. As for Egypt, they were at the bottom of the total score and missed the promotion.

The competition in Group D was fierce. The China Taipei team without Lin Yunru, Chuan Chih Yuan and Zheng Yijing had the same score as Singapore before the final battle, and then the two teams had a very fierce competition. At one time, they were pushed into a desperate situation after falling behind 5-6, and finally won the last promotion place with 8-7, becoming the fourth team to pass the customs. It was really fierce competition!

The game is still going on, let’s wait for the new battle report to come back!
